Once you have added Iris matches to the pipeline, you can create an outreach campaign and reach out to candidates via email, LinkedIn, or both. An outreach campaign allows you to automate personalized communication with candidates. The email sequence consists of one invitation email followed by three follow-up emails.
When you navigate to the Pipeline tab, you find yourself in the ‘Outreach Pending’ section. Here, you have the option to create either an Email Outreach Campaign, a LinkedIn Outreach Campaign, or both.
Create Campaign:
In the Pipeline tab, click the ‘Create Campaign’ button located on the top right corner. This will take you to the Email Campaign tab.
Invite Email:
Start by creating the Invite Email. Click "Generate" to automatically generate an outreach message. You can edit it or paste your own email content.
Follow-Up Messages:
Similarly, generate the first follow-up message by clicking "Generate" and customize it as needed. Specify when this follow-up will be sent after the initial invitation email (e.g., 12, 24, 36, or 48 hours) if the candidate hasn't replied. Repeat for the next two follow-ups.
Save Campaign:
Once you’re satisfied, click "Save Campaign."
Start Outreach:
Choose the candidates you wish to begin outreach with. Check ‘Email’ and click ‘Start Outreach’.
And that’s it! Your outreach will start once your job gets approved.
