Each criterion can be ranked by importance using a simple drag-and-drop selector. Once configured, the recruiter hits “Confirm & Start AI Screening." The system then evaluates the available profiles and scores each one individually.

Results are displayed in a table format and categorized into:

  • Good Match ✅: Green thumbs-up – strong alignment with the criteria
  • Potential Fit 🤝: Yellow thumbs-up – partial match or unclear information
  • Not a Match ❌: Red stop sign – doesn’t meet the defined requirements

Recruiters can click into each profile to see a breakdown of why a match was assigned. The AI provides natural language explanations, helping users understand how each score was calculated.
