Dubai, UAE – July 15, 2025 – We’ve just rolled out Job Stages, a cleaner, more flexible way to manage candidates across every step of your hiring process.

Job Stages brings structure to talent acquisition pipelines, providing hiring teams with full visibility into where candidates are, what actions are needed next, and how to efficiently move top talent from lead to hire.

“Recruiters often struggle with messy spreadsheets or rigid ATS flows,” said the Qureos Product team. “With Job Stages, we’ve built something flexible and clear. It adapts to how real hiring works, whether you're sourcing actively, posting jobs, or managing multiple interviews.”

How Job Stages Work

The feature is split into intuitive stages that mirror the recruitment journey:

1. Leads Stage

This is where outbound sourcing happens. Candidates added through job campaigns or sourcing flows automatically appear in New Leads. From there, recruiters can track outreach progress through sub-stages like:

  • Reached Out
  • Replied

Custom sub-stages, such as "Follow-Up Needed" or "Pending Review," can be added to reflect each team’s workflow. While the core structure stays fixed for clarity, recruiters have full control to expand and organize their lead pipeline.

2. Applications Stage

All candidates who apply through job postings are automatically collected here. This stage integrates with AI Screening, making it easy to evaluate and rank applicants based on custom-fit criteria without manually reviewing resumes.

3. Active Stage

Candidates who advance past the screening stage enter this customizable stage. Recruiters can define interview rounds using sub-stages such as:

  • First Screening
  • HR Interview
  • Technical Interview
  • Final Interview

Every movement is tracked, providing hiring teams with real-time visibility into interview progress and potential bottlenecks.

4. Pending Offer, Hired, and Archived

These final stages help recruiters complete the hiring cycle:

  • Pending Offer: Candidates awaiting a response to a job offer
  • Hired: Finalized, successful hires
  • Archived: Rejected or uninterested candidates

These stages are fixed to keep your reports clean and your team on the same page.

Why It Matters

Recruiting moves fast, and hiring teams need clarity at every step. Without a well-structured pipeline, it’s easy to lose track of candidates, delay follow-ups, or forget who's in which stage.

Job Stages solves this by:

  • Providing a clear visual overview of all candidate progress
  • Enabling custom workflows without losing structure
  • Automating movement and sorting based on real actions
  • Reducing dependency on spreadsheets or disjointed notes

It’s designed for teams that want flexibility without sacrificing visibility.

Built for Every Hiring Style

Whether you're filling five roles a year or fifty a month, Job Stages scales with you. Sourcing-heavy? Spend more time in the Leads stage. Posting jobs? Let the Applications stage and AI handle the screening. Running multiple interviews? Customize the Active stage to mirror your exact process.

Recruiters can now move candidates forward with intention, eliminating guesswork and missing steps.
