Over the years, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has remained a hot topic in the world of digital marketing and website development. From its inception in the late 1990s, SEO has continued to play a critical role in online business successes, as it involves optimizing websites and their content to improve their ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs) and attract more organic traffic.

The main goals of SEO in the past were link building and keyword stuffing. Today, it has expanded to include a variety of elements, such as user experience, content quality, and mobile optimization. Given the ongoing changes in user behavior and search engine algorithms, SEO will undoubtedly continue to be a vital component of the success of online businesses in the future. As a result, it's critical for businesses and organizations to stay current with the best practices and emerging trends.

Because of SEO’s popularity and relevance, today, we have decided to dedicate this blog post for SEO enthusiasts or other people who are now planning to step foot in this field considering it plays a significant role regardless of what industry you work in. For this we reached out to our extremely talented mentor who is also an SEO expert, Miranda Gahrmann some insights and tips for you all.

In a quick chat with Miranda, we asked her the question

“What are your top 3 favorite SEO tools and why?”

Here is the answer:

1. Google Keyword Planner

Miranda: “I like to stay as close as possible to the source so I use Keyword Planner from Google a lot, just to make sure that I get the correct keywords directly from it. In my opinion, I get the most cleanest results from Google itself. Hence, the use of Adwords Keywords Planner.”

2. Conductor

Miranda: “I also do quite a lot of research in Conductor, but it's more like an Enterprise too, so, especially for smaller companies. However, the pricing is quite high.”

3. Majestic

Miranda: “Majestic works well for backlink analysis. There are also other suitable tools as Ahrefs, but if we’re used to one tool that does the job, we usually stick to it”

Let’s compare each of these tools below in terms of their specific features and pricing:

1. Google Keyword Planner:
