Work Space

Here are all the workspaces to structure your work.

Introduction

The Workspace feature allows you to structure and organize your recruitment tasks, with each workspace serving as a dedicated area for managing specific projects or candidate pipelines.

Create Workspace

Hover over the Side Navbar to reveal the menu and click on “Workspace”.

Click on “+ Create Workspace” to add a new workspace.

Add a Workspace Name based on your recruitment needs

Switching Workspace

Hover over the Side Navbar to reveal the menu that says “Default Workspace”. 

Click on the arrow to switch between the available workspaces

  • Active workspace
  • Other workspace

Each workspace will only display the Sourcing and Jobs you’ve created or started within that specific workspace.

Workspace Actions

Rename workspace

  • Hover over the Side Navbar to reveal the menu and click on “Workspace”.
  • Click on the workspace box (...) to rename the workspace.

Duplicate workspace

Delete workspace

  • Hover over the Side Navbar to reveal the menu and click on “Workspace”.
  • Click on the workspace box (...) to delete the workspace. The default workspace cannot be deleted.
