Automate your initial candidate screening process with AI-powered video assessments.

Introduction

Video assessments streamline the evaluation process by enabling you to assess candidates’ competencies and personality traits. With AI-driven analysis, you can make more informed hiring decisions efficiently.

Create New Video Assessment

To create a video assessment, click + Create New. A popup will appear for you to name the assessment. Once named, you will be redirected to the setup screen, where the following steps will guide you:

Interview Question

Select or create questions aligned with the job’s competencies, such as Adaptability, Leadership, or Analytical Thinking. For custom questions, click Create Question, choose a competency, specify duration (30, 60, or 90 seconds), set retakes (1-3), and save. AI suggestions and editing options are available for refinement.

Example: "Describe a time when you successfully navigated a challenging team dynamic."

Personality Assessment

Choose criteria from the "Big Five" traits: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. Hover over the info icon for detailed explanations.

Interview Rating

Assign weightage to personality traits and interview responses to generate an overall candidate score.

Interview Invite

Link the video assessment to a campaign. (If no campaign exists, create one first—redirect users to the campaign creation module.)

Preview

Review all setup details, confirm the configuration, and finalize your video assessment.
