The Talent Pool feature lets you efficiently manage and organize all your candidates in one place, with the ability to create new pools, rename, or delete as needed.
Time for faster, smarter, and easier recruitment. With our updated Talent Pool feature, navigate through all your candidates in one place. You will already have a default Talent Pool with all your unlocked Iris matches.
Hover over the Side Navbar to reveal the menu and click on “Talent Pool”.
Click on “Create Talent Pool”.
Click on “Create Talent Pool” at the top right corner and name your new talent pool.
Click on “Add Candidate” and upload or drag and drop the relevant resumes.
Wait for the resumes to finish uploading. They should move from the “Upload in Progress” to “Uploaded Candidates”.
Click on the talent pool box (...) to rename or delete a talent pool. The default unlocked talent pool cannot be deleted.
