The screen is divided into two sections: the upper section displays your search prompt along with the "Edit Search" button, and the lower section shows the profiles returned by the smart search. You can refine your results by using the options provided.

Iteration on your Search

If you need to refine your search, you can start a new one or edit the current one. This is useful for sourcing candidates for multiple positions, allowing you to create separate, targeted searches for each role. For example, you can create distinct searches for a Product Manager and a Software Engineer, customizing each based on specific requirements like experience, location, or skills. This approach helps you manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously, keeping your candidate pool organized and easy to navigate.

Rename your search text:

To rename your search, click the three dots menu next to your search title, select Rename, enter the new name, and hit enter to save. This helps you organize your searches effectively

Delete your search:

To delete a search, click the three dots menu, select Delete, and confirm your action. This allows you to remove unnecessary or outdated searches.

💡

Use specific and clear criteria to improve the quality of your search results. The more detailed your prompt, the more relevant the candidates will be.
