This guide covers the candidate pipeline in Qureos and how it helps manage candidates through various stages of the hiring process.
In Qureos, the candidate pipeline is designed to organize and streamline candidate management for each job. The pipeline is visible for active jobs, displaying the stages set during job creation. The pipeline is divided into five main stages: Leads, Application, Active, Pending Offer, and Hired. Each stage plays a critical role in tracking candidates and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
