After reviewing the AI video interviews, you can move suitable candidates to the 'Interview' stage.
Here’s how:
- Select the candidate you want to move to the Interview stage.
- In their Profile, click on the ‘Move to’ button on the right.
- Select ‘Interview’. Your selected candidate will be moved to the ‘Interview’ tab.
This will help you schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with the candidates by yourself.
