Adding screening questions helps filter out unqualified candidates early in the process. Here’s how to add screening questions:
Log in to your Qureos account
Visit app.qureos.com/corporate/login.
Begin the Process
Click on the 'Source Candidates' button to start.
Create a Query
- Use the given suggestions or type in your own specific requirements.
- You will have two options: Edit Match or View Candidates.
View Candidates
If you're satisfied with the match query and do not wish to make any further edits, click on the 'View Candidates' button.
Create the Job
- After selecting or refining your candidate matches, click on the 'Create Job' button at the top right.
- Create the Job Description with Iris. Click ‘Next’.
Write Screening Questions
Write your screening question to gather general information or filter out unsuitable candidates.
Specify Ideal Answer
Specify your ideal answer.
Proceed
Click ‘Next’ to proceed.
Add More Questions
You can add up to 5 pre-screening questions.
Skip Option
If you prefer not to include screening questions, you can skip this section.
