Once enabled, Personality Analysis produces a profile scored across the traits the recruiter selected. Each trait comes with three things: a score, a confidence level, and a behavioral summary grounded in what the candidate actually said during the interview.
The framework is built on OCEAN, the validated Big Five model: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. Recruiters pick only the traits relevant to the role, so the analysis stays focused on what matters for that hire.
